Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of IdlePay, its website, dashboard and app. By creating an account you agree to them and to the Bandwidth Sharing Agreement and Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter this agreement. You're responsible for your account, its security and everything done with it. One account per person; accounts can't be sold or transferred. Keep your email verified — it is used for security confirmations such as payout address changes.

2. The service

The app shares part of your internet connection as described in the Bandwidth Sharing Agreement. We may change, add or remove features, supported platforms and earning sources at any time.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to: share connections you aren't authorized to share; misrepresent your connection type or location; run cloned devices or tokens; tamper with traffic or reverse-engineer the service to interfere with it; create multiple accounts; or use the service to break any law.

4. Earnings

  • You earn a share of the revenue your connections generate, at rates we set and may change prospectively.
  • Earnings move from estimated, to confirmed and on hold, to available. Hold periods let us detect fraud and partner reversals before funds can be withdrawn.
  • We may reverse earnings that were credited in error, generated in breach of these terms, or reversed by the partner that paid for them.
  • Referral bonuses are funded by us and never reduce the referred user's earnings. Self-referrals are not allowed.

5. Payouts

  • Withdrawals are paid in the cryptocurrencies offered in your dashboard, above the minimum shown there, less any fee shown before you confirm.
  • Every withdrawal is reviewed. We may require identity verification before paying out above a lifetime threshold.
  • Changing a payout address requires email confirmation and pauses withdrawals for a security period.
  • Crypto transfers are irreversible. You're responsible for entering a correct address on the correct network.
  • You're responsible for any taxes on your earnings.

6. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or put the service or other users at risk. A suspension pauses earning and withdrawals while we review; you can appeal from your dashboard. If we close your account without a breach on your part, we will pay out your available balance. You can stop using the service at any time.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of uninterrupted availability or of any level of earnings. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the available balance in your account, and we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. We'll notify you of material changes by email or in the dashboard; continuing to use the service after they take effect means you accept them.
