Frequently asked questions
Earnings, payouts and safety.
It depends on where you are, your connection type and current demand. Residential connections in high-demand countries earn the most; datacenter connections earn less. Your dashboard shows real earnings per day — there is no guaranteed income.
Businesses pay to route legitimate traffic — such as price comparison, ad verification and public web data collection — through real connections. We aggregate that demand across many partners and pass you a share of what your connection actually earns.
Earnings are estimated during the day, confirmed after the day closes, and become available after a short hold that keeps fraud out of the pool. Once you're above the minimum you can withdraw to USDT (TRC-20 or BEP-20), USDC (Polygon), Litecoin or Bitcoin. Each withdrawal is reviewed, then sent to your wallet.
Traffic can't reach your devices, router or local network, and email ports are blocked at both ends so your IP can't be used to send spam. Only vetted business partners route through the network, under the Bandwidth Sharing Agreement. Remove a device from your dashboard and it's cut off instantly.
Yes. Each device and each connection earns separately. You can also share through SOCKS5/HTTP proxies or VPN connections you own — their logins stay on your machine. Fleet owners can link servers in bulk with enrollment keys.
Yes. Datacenter connections are in lower demand, so they earn less than home connections. Please don't try to pass a datacenter or VPN address off as a home connection — it's detected and leads to suspension.
Usually because of a detected policy breach such as multiple accounts, cloned device tokens or a disguised datacenter connection. You'll see the reason in your dashboard and can appeal there.
The app updates itself within a few minutes of each release. Every download is checksum-verified, and if a new version fails to start or keeps crashing, the app goes back to the previous one on its own.
